To set log levels using the View Manager Support Tool
1OnViewConnectionServer,clickStart,clickAllPrograms,andclickVMware.
2 SelectSetViewConnectionServer
LogLevels.
3IntheChoicefield,type1fornormal,2fordebug,3forfull,or0toresetlog
settingstothedefaultvalues.PressEnter.
Thedefaultloglevelisdebug.
To generate log files using the View Manager Support Tool
1OnViewConnectionServer,clickStart,clickAllProgramsandclickVMware.
2 SelectGenerate
ViewConnectionServerLogBundle.
Thesupporttoolcreatesafoldercalledvdm-sdctcontainingthegeneratedlogfiles,
andplacesitonthedesktopofViewConnectionServer.
